EVENT
In the captivating atmosphere of the forest wich names the holiday, modern and ancient
flavours are offered to your taste.
Appetizer with "capicollo" (typical dried meat made by the ancient customs)
and " cavatielli" (a hand made pasta)with the dense castrato ragú and,
for the most delicate palate, flavourous basil gravy and " boscaiola"
(gravy with mushrooms, bacon and peas); pork sausages and beef on the grill;
fried potatoes, green and red salads, eggplants on the grill, the ancient "minestra stretta"
soup and the colourful "ciula".
All accompanied with the superior wines picked from the best wine casks, and with the relaxing melodies
of good live music.
